By this we mean things like pictures and dimensions. We do our very best to get them 100% accurate, but given we are human we do very occasionally get it wrong. If we do we'll put it right for you and we will apologise sincerely. If you have any queries or doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We display our parts items availability on the website but this can alter as we sell in a number of ways. So stock availability will alter throughout the day, and may be unavailable even though it will appear as in stock on the shop. We will endeavour to keep this record up to date on a daily basis, but because of time delays, holidays and sales which can occur during non work hours this stock figure can change. We apologise if this is the case, and should an order be placed and subsequently cannot be fulfiled, we will notify you of this and refund in full any money paid.
A legal contract is formed between us when we receive payment from a customer. This contract will be in accordance with the UK Distance Selling regulations for online purchases. We do not store or share financial information with third parties.
We are happy to accept returns if there is a problem with the product and we are notified of this within 7 days.
Most purchases by consumers are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

OFTEN I DESPATCH TWICE A DAY SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN BE FULLY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY AND SPEED OF THE DELIVERY OF THE PARTS ORDERED. FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING I WILL REFUND ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PRICE ESTIMATE AND THE ACTUAL PRICE ONCE PACKED AND SHIPPED. ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE THAT I WILL GET YOUR ITEMS TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
Original or Replica ?
I have used this term to differentiate between items which I stock that are either genuine ex Meriden New Old Stock, or those spares made to the original factory drawings, usually supplied by LF Harris, who have the rights to manufacturer such items as Genuine Spares. LF Harris made Triumph motorcycles in the 1980's and since then continued to manufacture and indeed expand the range of spares they supply. Additionally, items made and supplied by other UK manufacturers will be classed as Original as they also have products made on the same equippment and tooling as that used by Triumph. Items listed as Replica will be items sourced from non UK sources.
